Aim
ToughStuff is a social enterprise which provides very affordable solar-powered products for low income people, replacing expensive and environmentally damaging alternatives (kerosene lamps and batteries). This:
• Alleviates poverty
• Eliminates the environmental damage burning kerosene and discarding batteries
• Enhances health, education and living standards
• Increases micro enterprise employment
